Jaywalk Heirloom Rye is comprised of 75% Horton Rye, an heirloom rye varietal not commercially grown since the 1800s. After 7 years of ageing, the result is a robust, rich rye whiskey flavour with characteristics unique to each single barrel. Limited time offering with only 500 cases available. Once it's gone, it won't return until at least Fall 2024. Meticulously selected Single Barrel whiskey, bottled wholly at Cask Strength (114-116), sealed with wax, and individually inscribed.
