Position: Global Travel Retail (GTR) Commercial & Trade Marketing Executive

Based: Loch Lomond Distillery offices, Alexandria, Scotland
This role will encompass commercial and trade marketing responsibilities within the GTR channel.
The commercial aspect of the Commercial & Trade Marketing role will involve being the contact for selected GTR customers, developing local customer relationships, influencing sales fundamentals, managing the Loch Lomond Group portfolio business and having P&L responsibility whilst supporting the Managing Director – Global Travel Retail.
The Commercial & Trade Marketing Manager will also be responsible for driving the implementation of the global brand strategy across the GTR channel through the effective development and management of our trade marketing activity. The person will be in charge of regularly reviewing, scoping and recommending the best Trade Marketing and Brand Activation options for Loch Lomond Group brands within the channel and work with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to help develop our NPD pipeline.
Implementing strategies for the sales growth and helping the Managing Director – GTR to establish brand priorities, on levels of investment, volume and profit goals by customer.
Leading the annual budgeting/planning process for GTR Trade Marketing A&P spend to support sales and marketing plans in line with Loch Lomond Group goals for GTR.
Drive the implementation of brand initiatives and track commercial progress against targets by conducting periodical strategic reviews as required.
Identifying new opportunities for business development and building business cases to exploit these.
