Loch Lomond Group brought Glen Scotia and Loch Lomond Whiskies to the Coles Showcase in Melbourne, Australia. This massive three day event saw over 4500 Coles Liquor and Supermarket employees attend between Monday 9th September and Wednesday 11th September. The Glen Scotia team brought Campbeltown over 9000 miles via a VR headset. The headset provided guests with an immersive 360° tour of Glen Scotia Distillery and the surrounding Campbeltown area including the iconic harbour. This was the first time many of the guests had tried VR and definitely delivered an unforgettable first visit to Scotland. Loch Lomond Whiskies also brought a bit of Britain with them in the form of The Open golf championship. As Loch Lomond Whiskies is the Spirit of The Open until 2022, a hole in one competition was set up with winners receiving a Loch Lomond Whiskies gift pack which includes Loch Lomond Original, Loch Lomond 12 year old and Loch Lomond 18 year old. The competition saw 188 happy winners across the three days.
